Using
SMS efficiently will work out substantially lower than all
the individual calls, especially if a lot of them are to
cellphones. You also prevent the phone from being tied up
and indeed, your time on the phone. Prompts about outstanding
accounts can also save on telephone and postage bills.
Once
your clients are grouped as you would like, it takes no
more effort to send the message to one client then to hundreds!
Remember that with a contract, your SMS allowance does not
expire at the end of each month - save them up for when
it suits you to do a big 'contact'. For example, if your
business is moving or you have a new service, you can tell
